The programme is designed to support the professional development of the cultural workforce at the managerial level through acquisition of new skills and organizational leadership in organizations devoted to advancing the arts, cultural and social heritage. The programme should be attractive to those seeking or developing administrative careers in the fields of performing arts and theatre, visual arts, and tourism.
